WebRatio becomes a wholly owned company of the RES Group

Less than three years after joining the RES Group, WebRatio has been at the center of multiple joint initiatives, starting with enterprise application development projects delivered in collaboration with other Group companies. These initiatives have significantly expanded the value of the Low-Code platform, also through the integration of advanced innovations such as AI to enable the development of Intelligent Applications. 

The success of this collaboration has ultimately led to the Group’s full acquisition of WebRatio, completed in early 2026. Today, WebRatio operates under the direction and coordination of the holding company, continuing to be led by CEO Roberto Acerbis, who stated:
