Federico is the CEO of RES IT, Chairman of WebRatio, and a member of the RES Board of Directors. A mathematical engineer by training, he has built his career developing innovative data-driven solutions, focusing on operations, cloud, FinOps, and enterprise information systems. At RES, he founded the Data Innovation and Valorization group.
One of the co-founders of WebRatio in 2001, Roberto has experienced the company’s entire evolution, holding both technical and managerial roles—from developer and Software Factory Manager to Chief Operating Officer. He has been leading the company as General Manager since 2017 and currently serves as CEO, combining deep technological expertise with strategic vision.
Paolo leads the Data Valorization business unit at RES, which focuses on creating value from data through data science, machine learning, and AI solutions within complex business environments. He has been a member of the WebRatio Board of Directors since 2023. In the Data & Analytics sector, he has built deep expertise in applied mathematics, numerical modeling, and industrial innovation.
Expert in corporate law, Giulia is the Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs for the RES Group, and since 2026, she has also served as Head of Internal Audit, contributing to the strengthening of corporate governance and internal controls. In the same year, she joined the WebRatio Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience gained from serving as a sole Supervisory Body across various corporate environments.

A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, Massimo joined WebRatio in 2004 as a Web App Analyst. His growth within the company led him to head the Solution Department, where he successfully combined technical expertise with a commercial mindset. Today, as Services Director, he coordinates project delivery and professional services, ensuring that the solutions precisely address clients' challenges.
Michela drives the technological evolution of WebRatio's Low-Code platform. Since joining the company in 2008, she has held key roles in software design and product architecture definition. Today, she coordinates the Research and Development team, transforming market needs into innovative solutions that simplify the development of complex enterprise applications.
