AI Mind is the new intelligent agent integrated into the OriginalSkills platform, designed to interact directly with HR professionals through a natural-language chat interface. AI and psychometrics come together to deliver real added value to evaluation processes.

The project 

Developed in just one month, this customized AI module combines multiple data sources to generate useful real-time insights.

Users can ask questions in chat within a context of verified, source-certified data: 

• A role-specific job description, precise and fully contextualized.
   
• The candidate’s CV in PDF format.
   
• Results from the validated Skill View® questionnaires (Five Factor Model, 30 facets, 10 working styles) and the related soft skills — both the full set of 35 and those selected for the specific job role.
   

AI Mind’s chat responds to specific prompts using certified data through a custom API that structures the answers, giving them a context. The model also supports a wide variety of questions related to onboarding, employee development, and performance.

• Greater Fairness and Consistency in Evaluations: Thanks to psychometric science (SkillView®, Cognitive Skills) and AI analysis, evaluations are no longer based solely on subjective perceptions but on comparable and replicable data.
