The insurance world is one of the most innovative industries and the software vendor Led knows these dynamics, because it has experienced the evolution of web technolgies in this industry, providing dedicated solution. Thanks to the expertise gained in the field, the company has grown the need to create a software product to digitize all the processes within insurance companies, to be offered to its customers and customizable according to the most specific needs.
Led was looking for a reliable development tool to reduce repetitive code—the code you don't need to focus on, but rather whose writing reduces the time spent searching for solutions to major development problems. For this reason, the collaboration with WebRatio was born, and Led has chosen to adopt our Low-Code platform as a rapid development tool for its management system for insurance companies.
The software product created by Led manages all back-office processes, from administration to the life cycle of insurance policies. It integrates via web service with the front-end for the assumption of policies created directly by the customers’ companies. To simplify the offer and use, the system is made up of 10 isolated and independent modules, four of which are created with WebRatio Platform and expose SOAP web services through which they exchange data and information with the other modules and with the front web-end.
