1. How will you bill me?

You can pay online and securely through the WebRatio portal, using your credit card. Once you have paid, you will receive the invoice by email. The payment with Debit or Credit Card is managed by PayPal, which stores, retains or uses Your billing information for the payment processing. PayPal is the only one responsible for the payment procedures and the Controller of the related data processing. If you prefer to pay in any other manner, contact us via email at buy@webratio.com.

 

2. I completed the purchase of WebRatio but the version I chose is not listed on my page of the purchased products.

3. I have received an email indicating that my subscription is expiring. How can I renew it?

To renew the license, access the page https://my.webratio.com/community/my-webratio and click on the "Renew" button in the appropriate box. For any questions or support requests, contact us at buy@webratio.com.

 

4. What subscriptions are available?

Subscriptions have three different durations:

  • quarterly
  • half-yearly
  • annual

 

5. How can I get a copy of my purchase invoice?

After each purchase, you will receive an email with the attached invoice.

On the detail page of the product purchased (mySubscription), you can find the link you can use to download the invoice in pdf format.

 

6. I received an email that tells me that there was an error in my order. What does it mean?
