WebRatio Personal app source code

In the comparing editions page, it is said that one of the limitations of WebRatio Personal against Standard/Enterprise is that one does not get the source code of an app. My question is, if one purchases a given developed app, does one become entitled to receive its source code?

My other question is to clarify that any WebRatio Personal still unpurchased apps would be fully functional, but have some sort of disclaimer injected?

Thanks.

Contacted sales directly for this and here's their answer:

  • Yes, the code remains hidden and is always possible to use WebRatio (Personal) for the maintenance of the application. Please notice that once the activation token has been purchased you don’t have to purchase it again during maintenance, unless you plan to deliver the application in another server (i.e. you provide the application to several customers) or the application becomes complex enough to require another token purchase. The source code is provided only in the annual or perpetual licenses.

  • Unpurchased WebRatio Personal apps remain fully functional (apart of displaying a "Personal Edition" message). The only limitations are in WebRatio Personal itself (i.e. you don’t have CVS or SVN for project management).
