I am receiving the following error:

Unexpected error occurred: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'storage' of undefined at <unknown>(https://my.webratio.com/cloud/Scripts/cloud.js?s=ppuqrdOaFOiGfrgQHD64kg:35)

How can I fix this?

probably the error is related to the problem that you have mentioned in the "No Database on Cloud account" topic.
Now the problem should be solved.
