having status provisioning

Im very sorry that im asking the same problem several times.
But this error occured again.
I want to know how to fix this error because it occurs often.
Could you explain how to solve this problem by myself?
If there is no way to solve this by myself, whenever the error occurs, do i have to ask you everytime to solve it?

Hi Jisu,

thanks for your report. The error "Unable to compute the controller URL(s) for application 'freeXXXX-freeapp' having status PROVISIONING" was returned because the Cloud service was down for maintenance. It should properly work now.
