Error while activating student version

Hello,

I'm trying to activate WebRatio, which I got through the university program. I have got a name and a serial number, but when I try to activate it, I get the error "No available activations found."

 

I had it activated before, but than had to reinstall my system and now the activation does not work anymore. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Nevermind,

 

I tried it again today and it worked. Possibly I had been blocked for a certain amount of time or something like that.
